Old Remedies
ARTHRITIS: A daily serving of fresh fish or fish oil capsules helps to give relief of arthritis and other joint pains. _3-4 walnuts eaten daily, on an empty stomach, will help. __
ASTHMA: Mix 1 tsp. honey with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and take it at night before going to bed. Avoid taking aspirin, as this may invoke an asthma attack. __
BLADDER INFECTION: Take a bag of fresh or frozen cranberries and boil them in water (they will fall apart). Cool and drink. Don’t add sugar! This remedy is also useful for people with kidney problems. __
BLADDER STONES: Boil 2 figs in 1 cup of water. Drink daily for a month. __
BRUISES: Slice a raw onion and place over the bruise. Do not apply this to broken skin. __
COLD AND FLU: Here is a delicious recipe for a cold and flu soup: Sauté 6 crushed cloves of garlic in 1 tsp. vegetable oil until golden. Pour in a quart of beef or chicken stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and whisk in 2 egg whites. Beat together 2 egg yolks and 2 Tbls. distilled white vinegar; pour this mixture into the soup. Season with salt and pepper and top with croutons, if desired. __
COUGHS AND ASTHMA: Steep 3-4 cloves of garlic in a cool, dark place for 2 weeks. Use several drops at a time, several times a day for coughs or asthma. Garlic is an exceptional cleanser for the body and has antimicrobial action similar to other antibiotics. __
DANDRUFF: Pour distilled white vinegar onto the hair, as close to the scalp as you can manage; massage into the scalp; and allow to dry for several minutes before washing as usual. Repeat daily until the dandruff disappears, usually within a few days. __
DRY SKIN: Combine 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup warm water, 1 Tbls. vanilla extract, and 1/2 cup baking soda in a blender or food processor until you have a smooth paste. Pour this paste under the running water while drawing the bath. Very soothing to dry, itchy skin. __
EARACHE: Steep 1-2 tsp. chamomile flowers in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Strain out the water, and apply the hot flowers in a cloth for alleviation of the earache. __
ECZEMA: Rub a whole nutmeg against a smooth stone slab with a little water and make a paste. Apply on affected parts. __
FATIGUE: Take a glass of grapefruit and lemon juice in equal parts to dispel fatigue and general tiredness after a day’s work. __
HAY FEVER: Steep 1 tsp. fenugreek seed in 1 cup water, covered, for 10 minutes. Drink 1 cup a day to help hay fever symptoms. __
HEADACHE: Eat 10-12 almonds, the equivalent of two aspirins, for a migraine headache. Almonds are far less likely to upset the stomach. __
INSECT BITES: Mix water with cornstarch into a paste and apply. This is effective in drawing out the poisons of most insect bites and is also an effective remedy for diaper rash. __
MORNING SICKNESS: Mix 1 tsp. each fresh juice of mint and lime, and 1 Tbls. honey. Take 3 times a day. __
MUSCLE CRAMPS: Apply clove oil on the affected body parts. __
NAUSEA: Boil 1/2 cup of rice in 1 cup of water for about 10-20 minutes. After it is boiled, drain the water into a cup and sip at the rice water until symptoms are gone. __
OVERWEIGHT: Effective at getting rid of fat, drink up to 3 cups of green tea daily. Regular tea can also be used with a lesser effect. __
PAIN RELIEVER: Mix 3 Tbls. of honey in boiled water and drink. Honey has natural pain-relieving powers. __
SORE THROAT: Mix 1 tsp. lime juice and 1 Tbls. honey. Swallow tiny amounts slowly 2-3 times a day. __
SPLINTERS: Lay scotch tape over the splinter and pull off. __
STOMACH ACHE: A simple cure for a stomachache is to dissolve 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon in 1 cup warm water, cover and let sit for 15 minutes, then drink it like tea. This remedy can also ease diarrhea and flatulence. __
STOMACH ACIDITY: Drink coconut water 3-4 times a day. Have a plateful of watermelon and/or cucumber every hour. __
TOOTHACHE & MOUTH PAIN: To ease toothache or other mouth pain, make a tea by boiling 1 Tbls. fresh peppermint in 1 cup water and adding a little salt. Peppermint is an antiseptic and contains menthol, which relieves pain when applied to skin surfaces. __
VARICOSE VEINS: Take 2-3 tsp. black strap molasses orally daily. This also treats all kinds of circulatory ailments. Capsaicin, the primary ingredient in hot peppers works well for thinning blood, and reducing inflammation. It comes in capsules, or you can do it the old fashioned way, and eat hot peppers. __
VOMITING AND NAUSEA: Sucking a piece of ice controls vomiting. Eat 1/2 tsp. ground cumin seeds. Cinnamon and sliced ginger work by interrupting nausea signals sent from the stomach to the brain. If you are an herbal tea drinker, simply sprinkle cinnamon on the tea and drink. To make ginger tea, simmer a few slices of ginger in hot tea water. __
WARTS: Try taping a slice of garlic to the wart. Be sure to first protect the surrounding skin with petroleum jelly. __
WRINKLES & SKIN FRESHENER: Combine 2 Tbls. vodka, 1 Tbls. fennel seeds, and 1 1/2 tsp. honey. Stir well and allow to sit for 3 days. Strain mixture. Use full strength or add 2 Tbls. water to dilute. Use a cotton ball to apply to face as a toner. Apply coconut oil on the portions of skin and face where wrinkles set in and gently massage every night at bed time. __
YELLOW TEETH: Mix salt with finely powdered rind of lime. Use this as toothpowder frequently. _
Gates of Samhain
After many years of being forged in fires that burned me so badly, when all I wanted was to escape and free myself from the torture of death, one unfailing Truth emerged. When I was in so much pain I had nothing left, and was more than willing to die in that moment, something happened. I embraced it. I dove further and further in, opened my self to the pain, called for the death, asked for it with all my will and force and anger. Suddenly I realized that I actually had nothing, that I was nothing, and yet there was still SOMETHING inside of me. There was a fire that could not be quenched; a light that could not be put out.
Once, that Light was Strength, that when all my armor was gone, I had Nothing Left to fear.
Once, that Light was Love, that when all my connections are broken, I am with Everything.
Once, that Light was Truth, that when all the walls fall down, you can See Forever.
Always, the turning point came when I finally stopped resisting my destruction, resising the pain, and started running towards it with everything I had. Now, when I start to fall, I dive faster than the fall and my wings catch new wind. When the tsunami is coming, I start swimming out to surf, riding the water as it is sucked from the reef.
In this night approaching, the Gates of Transformation will be swung wide open. Will you enter, with your teeth bared (in a grin), sword in hand (holding Truth), and chalice in the other (remembering Love)? Or will you run from the barbed gate, and be caught by the brambles that close around you, forcing you closer to the precipice?
Either way, my Heart goes with you on this Sacred Samhain.

Unified Harmonic Matrix Intro
When I was 15, I had a vision that began as a single Eye, then spread to see the full interconnections of the body, land, continent, Earth, Earth-Moon Orbit, Solar-System, Galaxy, Galactic Cluster, Universe, then almost infinite Universes forming threads of energy weaving a stable waveform structure, this structure growing to have rotation and spin creating a stable sphere, this sphere (Quark) dancing with two others forming a Proton, protons and neutrons clustered in the nucleus of an Atom, Atoms forming Molecules, Molecules aligning into strands of DNA, Chromosomes, a Cell Nucleus, a Cell, Tissues, and finally, an Eye.
After deeply exploring this vision, facet by facet, I ended up doing my Senior Project in High-School on “The Fusion of Science and Spirituality through Unified Field Theoretics.” The posters and collages I created to explain aspects of String Theory, General and Special Relativity, and my ideas of Dimensional Harmonics fell apart in short order. After a while, I started creating digital collages representing each layer of my presentation, which eventually manifested into this set you see here.
The newest addition are the Vibrational Fields, mapping every line connection between the points of the Geometry of the Chakras. As you can see, there is a massive amount of 3D information in these 2D structures, which is part of the foundation of my theory. If 3D information can be resident in a 2D structure, 4D, 5D, and higher dimensional energy and information can also become present in a 3D, or even 2D structure. This is the key to Zero-Point Energy, creating Gravitational Envelopes for travel without accelleration (Zero-Point Gravity), and also Molecular Realignment systems which would allow the fundamental atomic structures of objects to be rearranged through focused Vibrational Matrices. Most of my revelations concerning these technologies became confirmed realities when I started to study Loop Quantum Gravity, the real Holographic Theory (much more than what you commonly hear about), and theories of the fundamental structure of Space-Time.
Each of these are also tools for mediation, and linking the body to the natural Universal Harmonics of existence. Each layer represents a Chakra, a level of Consciousness, and a Dimension of the Universe. There is much more than can be mapped here, but I will provide more as I have the time to make it graphically available in easy to absorb formats.
The text along the bottom is simply references to aspects of different areas of study that relate to these harmonics and layers of the Universe. There are plenty of other key-words, and you can even fill in your own, but these are intended to be a starting point.

Summary of a Solstice Journey
Its past time for a solid update, for those of you who have been following the movements of Planetary Transformation. Thank you all for being Present here now, and for those of you who read this in its entirety, I invite your responses, synchchronistic connections, comments, and passionate inspiration.
My most recent journey took me through many councils, in Albuquerque, Phoenix, LA, SF, Mendocino, Portland, Seattle, Vancouver, Anchorage, Olympia, and Denver, so I will elaborate on some highlights and give you all a little deeper perspective into the movement of events.
At the heart of my work is the building of a strong circle, where all can support each others projects. It is time we weave our wheels together, avoiding duplication when possible, and enhancing collaboration in each and every action we take. We must unite, as we are all part of this Planetary Organism’s Evolution. All of our goals can be accomplished, as soon as we are willing to relinquish our self-centered interests and expand our awareness to our larger “Self Center,” at the Core of our Global Community.
As you may be aware, my Primary Focus right now is Campaign 2020, composed of the 2020 Fund and the 2020 Enterprise. Through a collaboration of firms offering both philanthropic and venture-capital investments, the 2020 Fund will be raising financial strength to launch projects and products through the 2020 Enterprise. At the heart of managing and directing creation of the 2020 Enterprise, I am building a cohesive network of individuals and organizations who are dedicated to the process of Global Change through establishing Sustainable Development as a fundamental framework for industry and commercial infrastructures, rebalancing and restoring our relationship with Earth. As the Fund and the Enterprise come together for project deployment, Campaign 2020 will launch in full force to educate the masses through multistage marketing techniques and strategies, international partnerships, and coordinated local action teams. This will serve to further activate and support autonomous organizations in local areas with mainstream interest, and bring larger organizations to the forefront of the Global Media Stage. My company, Access Granted, will serve as a ground-breaker and organizational center for this initiative, both through training and on-site community building. Initial information on the 2020 Fund is available at www.2020fund.org for the Global Stakeholder Panel project which was completed last year, and the full Campaign 2020 site is under development.
I’ve added a few powerful names to a “Core Supporters” group, that can help to validate and empower the Campaign and other Projects. One of them is Terrance Glassman, who designed the International Space Station and was a good friend of Buckminster Fuller. I spent an evening with him doing a full vision session, and he is awaiting my further contact. He’s also doing some interesting work with the Gregorian Calendar at www.daetrixtime.com … Another is Rob Ganger, founder of The Evolver Project - www.evolverproject.com – …They’ve created a magazine that unites many of the major sustainable development based organizations and media groups, and provides a forum for release of Evolutionary Information on a massive scale. They also have a membership program, like AAA for Revolutionaries, that will enable members to have special access to materials and technologies. Also solidly on the team are Elizabeth Upton – a well known producer and film-maker who does all sorts of international documentaries, Eli and Jen – the producers of the Dreamtime Festival in Colorado (which I’ll talk more about below), The Do Lab – producers of Lightning in a Bottle in California, Infinite Connections and Oracle Gatherings – producers of major Seattle events (more below), Dr. Kathleen Sullivan – Nuclear Researcher and Disarmament Educator of the World Peace Forum in Vancouver, and Victoria Scott of The Peace Foundation in New Zealand.
So here’s the story, with tidbits of nitty gritty in a big summary:
After some intense meetings and councils in Albuquerque and Phoenix, I spent some time in Los Angeles with the Evolver Project crew, working out plans to integrate AG, Campaign 2020, and Evolver into fully coordinated action. I met Terrence Glassman at my friend Greg’s house, who I’ll mention again in a minute to tell you about something REALLY BIG that has come up. Unfortunately, I did not get to reconnect with Ari, who as far as I know is still working on a project to develop a Conscious Entertainment based Cruise Ship. I want to link her to the Peace Boat project (explained below). My friend Alison Fast has been at the heart of some of the most incredible recent developments, but you’ll have to wait to hear about them, as they are still too secret…
In San Francisco, I rode the wave of Massive Synchronicity once again, catching up with my friend Ananda Ji ( www.ion-inc.net ) and Brent Phibration, who is coordinating with some groups who are prepared to launch the largest Broadband Satellite Internet company in Asia… I don’t know how that will turn out yet, but they don’t need much in investment, and they already have the full satellite partnership to do it. They would offer almost 60% more coverage in Asia than is currently available.
Then I was in Portland for the Village Building Convergence ( www.cityrepair.org/wiki.php/projects/vbc ). It was a fantastic gathering, restructuring the city over a week or so through small task forces building community gardens, transforming intersections, and much more. I learned about Mycelium (mushrooms), and how Oyster Mushrooms eat oil-spills for breakfast, turning the hydrocarbons back into carbohydrates, Blue Meanie (Psychedelic) mushrooms eat CX1 Nerve Gas for breakfast (!!!), and a whole series of other varieties that can take nearly ANY TOXIN on the planet and make it harmless in a single growth cycle. That’s more than a little stout, and extremely important!
We lit the massive fires in the sacred spires in downtown Seattle next, with Bassnectar (Lorin), Osiris (Oracle Gatherings), a 35 Piece circusbiodieselmarchingband from Portland (who followed us up from the Village Building Convergences there), and so many more Sacred Lightworkers who are fully engaged in the Planetary Journey… We did some serious City reformation, and I linked in solidly with Michael Manahan (Oracle Gatherings -www.oraclegatherings.com ) for some future movement.
After Seattle, some groundwork was laid in Vancouver, before travelling out to the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia. There I met with an army of Elves, complete with some of the most incredible arts I’ve ever seen. Some of their work can be explored at www.podcollective.com … Most of these people I have deep heart connection to, and they are fully dedicated to the Planetary work that must be done moving forward.
Then I travelled North through Canada, and helped the indigenous Lakota youth runners finish their last 1,000 miles in the Prayer Run from Vancouver BC to Anchorage, arriving for the World Peace Prayer Day Ceremonies… The ceremonies on the Solstice went well, and many groups all over the world synchronized in Peace celebration. I also built some strong international connections, with Mauri from New Zealand and groups from Australia primarily. The Star Seed of the West Coast, the Crown of Gaia, Alaska’s beauty is far beyond my humble words. Mindblowing peaks of black stone with shimmering ice and glacier flows pierce the deepest blue and frosty mists of an ever-shifting sky, while snowy ravines drip down to waterfalls that cascade into lush aspen and pine forests filled with groves of wildflowers surrounding crystal clear pools. Sunset begins at 12:00am burning until almost 2:30am and after a brief dance in twilight, Sunrise begins at 3:00am.
Many days of straight driving brought me back down to Vancouver for the World Peace Forum, where I engaged with members of the Peace Boat (a cruise ship traveling the world teaching disarmament and sustainability). I also met people involved with the Mayors for Peace Project, which is unifying Cities around the world, regardless of their Nation’s alliances or enemies. How do we make an Autonomous Global Union? Through Unifying Cities as One World Network, dedicated to Peace and Sustainable Development!
Then it was on to Colorado for the Rainbow Gathering (which I’ve decided is NOT a sustainable format for future revolution and evolution), and the Dreamtime Festival (which absolutely IS - www.dreamthefuture.org )… We arrived early for Dreamtime, and immediately got connected with the founders, and began helping to organize and coordinate the whole festival! It was an incredible experience, and we are set to plug in performers, events, and inspired structural elements for the future of this 5,000 person festival in the Heart of the Land.
Back in Asheville, I’ve been crystallizing and reconnecting all the threads I linked with while traveling, and have been working with Kachina Katrina in LA to organize the Evolutionary Center Camp at Burning Man. Below is the link to the site for more information on how we are making it completely sustainable through 100% waste management, solar-power, biodiesel rideshares, purchase of carbon-credits, group water and food systems, art from garbage, and more… We’ve gained full support from the Burning Man central council, which manages the 50,000 person event and channels hundreds of thousands of dollars to fund revolutionary art projects. Also, our work has spawned a huge “Greening the Burn” movement that is now spreading like wildfire through the Burning Man community. Death & Weakness
The only real fear of Death is the fear of Ending…and there is no such thing. No end to you, no end to your consciousness, no end to this Dance. We may cross through gateways, travel between worlds, evolve to more dynamic conscious forms, and ride whirlwinds of Karma and Sanskaras, but we keep going. Death must be invited, honored, known to be a part of the Transformation. Of all the things that move us quickly along this Soul Path, it is our Deaths, and the lessons and Karma released by them, that are the accellerating forces of progression; Gravity towards the Source.
When we recognize our weakness, we allow our ego to let down its defenses, and can experience our real feelings. This disarming process enables our strength to be Born within, through the intensity of emotional and Spiritual release. It is when we are left with Nothing, that we find Everything.

Timewave zero approaches and we behave like christians awaiting the return of jesus and the hope of rapture/ascent. the advent of the birth of self-replicating silicon-based life is not far behind 2012, perhaps another 10 years. is it some form of perverse race observed by muses become bored with ancient gladiators in new garb? is humanity merely placental? i focus on the fact that some of the extraterrestrials fascinated with life on this planet are probably drawn to the mechanical signals that have emanated from this orb during the last century. what is the unique contribution of our species? certainly not our intellect, that will be surpassed in speed and breadth and collective networking of silicon-based life before it is even born (takes its first breath of sentience, who will the adam and eve of digital procreation be?). certainly not our physical bodies as supple and as talented as some are, we neither fly nor can live underwater, nor have much remnant of survival strength. no, our trump card is in our emotionality, our mammalian nurturance, our feminine side. when will we collectively recognize our key strength? what will we do with that? how could we as a species shine? make art, my dears, be passionate, evolve our non-rationality. for the metallic without soul will not care if we humans self-destruct and in our wake decimate all organic life, for siliconica will be able to burrow below the naked landscape of a barren earth. it is time for us to live fully, artist warriors, waging creativity. splatter the virtual landscape with enigma and graffitti and inconceivable kindness.

It is indeed the resonance of feeling that pervades our authentic Human experience, which is the True Gift we might bring to the Galactic Council…and this resonance that must not be lost, but the foundation of a leap to a technological revolution less Digital and more Integrated Harmonic Geometry. Interfacing with Space-Time for the purpose of extracting fundamental energies, exploring hyper-dimensional super-luminal travel, and vibrational molecular realignment can only be achieved through the complete coherence of our Advanced Physics with an Integrated Metaphysics that unifies our inherent structures of consciousness with the macro and microcosmic structures of the Universal Fabric itself. Perhaps proponents of loop quantum gravity will never agree with the superstring theorists, and hyperbolic geometry won’t be reconciled with euclidean forms by a Mathematician, but then, how many of them consider that the fundamental leaps in their progress has occurred through states of Realization in which higher-dimensional thought-forms entered their lower-dimensional conceptual structures, realigning their internal Harmonic Geometry to a more coherent form? Some of the toys I had as a baby Elf in the forests outside Atlantis were more advanced than the super-computing systems of the Black Ops sectors of a Secret Government (responsible for the cloaking of the military-industrial-corporate conglomerates who are systematically purchasing the lives of millions of Human beings), to a laughable level… Yet with time comes an understanding of Purpose, and my toys certainly couldn’t pull off that kind of conspiratorial database. And besides, this is fun, watching my fingers rattle away at post-petrolium buttons as silicon circuits calculate the specific crystalline illuminations that blot my linguistic arabian characters into the white of my screen like thousands of little black-holes in my monitoring-horizon. Its not these scrawls that interest me in the face of the destruction of our World, however, but the steady improvement of Telepathic empathy gleaned from using my Instant Messenger, and the evolution of my Vision through weaving harmonics of Light and Sound in these Digital realms. It is the Critical Path for Planetary Transformation formed in my digital office, and the contacts of Superheroes recorded in my virtual card keeper. It is this moment, and the next when you will receive this, that has my Attention.
